Winnie Ng, an activist with groups fighting for human rights in China, testified Wednesday before the inquiry into foreign interference in elections. She says she wants the inquiry to look beyond the 2019 and 2021 federal elections to understand the full scope of Beijing’s meddling in Canadian affairs.
