Punjabi Canadian singer Karan Aujla wins TikTok Juno fan choice award
Punjabi Canadian singer Karan Aujla of Surrey, B.C., won the TikTok Juno fan choice award on Sunday. Aujla and Toronto’s Ikwinder Singh (a.k.a. Ikky) brought their signature blend of Punjabi and pop music to the Juno Awards stage in Halifax. Joined by a full band and dancers dressed in pink silk, the singer and producer performed “Softly” and “Admirin’ You” off of their 2023 joint album, Making Memories.
