Why did ISIS-K target Russia?; Modi critic arrested ahead of elections | Your World Tonight
The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for Friday’s deadly attack on a popular concert venue on the outskirts of Moscow that killed at least 133 people. More specifically, U.S. officials say it was the work of a branch called ISIS-K. And, Arvind Kejriwal, chief minister of Delhi and fierce critic of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was arrested and faces questions over corruption charges, while several bank accounts of the main opposition Congress Party have been frozen.
